Sunday Thoughts 106

As I sit here typing I am reminded of the solitude of rain. I am also reminded of the great impatience that comes with heavy clouds, pregnant and full with fresh rainwater waiting to come down and cleanse the earth.
Today has been a day of waiting, and I feel I cannot wait longer. Urgently I wish the rain would pour down on us, forcing us to be calm, to relax, to light a candle and open an old book sitting by the window sill. Oh, I wish the rain would come. No rain, do not go away!
I hope your Sunday has been full of peace, full of beautiful solitude, of patience for the good to come.
Much love,
Kait
