I know, I know.
I am royally behind on all of my collection reviews! But, have some grace. I wanted to make sure my Instagram page was consistent before taking on my website project again!
This is, hands down, by far, my absolute favorite Lights Lacquer launch of all time. I don't know what it is, but it's just perfect. Not only did this collection release my favorite nail polish of all time, but it also released my second favorite nail polish of all time! I have them in the original black-capped bottles, but they are still available, just in the new, rebranded white caps!
So, let's take a look!
Starting with my favorite, "Clara." How would I describe Clara?
BEAUTIFUL. PERFECTION. MUST HAVE IT. MUUUUST HAAAVE IT.
As y'all know, I am a sucker for blue flip nail polishes. They are my absolute favorite kind of polish. Something about the blue iridescence just has my heart. This shade is an absolutely gorgeous pearl with a very strong blue shift, and it's the perfect nail polish topper in one coat, or full nail color in three thin coats. While gorgeous for Winter, I have also thrown this nail polish on during the warmer Spring months because it's a quick polish that doesn't noticeably show any errors when you're in rush.
Here it is, in all its glory!

My second favorite nail polish of all time is "Toot Sweets." Now, my skin tends to have a much more cool pink tone to it, so reds tend not to be very flattering. They often make my hands look extra pink, like I'm having an allergic reaction to touching a soy bean at dinner time. This particular red is so soft, and has this small hint of pink in it, making it irresistible to me!

Now, for the other fun shades in the collection!
We have two jellies. The first is a fun ginger-colored one, aptly named "Gingerbread." It's the smoothest polish you could ever possibly apply, very similar to "Cherry Jelly" in formula.

The other jelly is "Everlasting Gobstopper," which is still incredibly easy to apply but has a slightly thinner jelly formula, and is similar to "Now & Later" from the Summer 2020 Collection.

And lastly we have two staples in any nail polish collection: pastel cremes!

"Candy Girl, " not to be confused with "Candy Clouds," is a true neutral pastel pink! It's beautiful and went on for me smoothly in two thin to medium coats.

And last but not least, we have the beautiful Mrs. "Peppermint Patty." I wouldn't say this is pastel blue and I definitely wouldn't say this is pastel green, it's more turquoise-leaning, and hey, any shade of turquoise can join my collection! It also went on in two easy coats.
What do you think of this collection?
